Business Valuation Group, founded in 1999, has become a leading independent financial analysis and business valuation firm. Our staff, possessing Accredited Senior Appraiser, Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant designations, have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the intricacies of requirements mandated by the Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor.

Recently, a number of states have mandated an equitable distribution of assets as part of the terms of a divorce. In addition, many have adopted statutes that provide minority/dissenting shareholders with the right to an independent appraisal of their holdings, in order to determine a repurchase price.
